Would you like to work in our technology sales team in a growing company?

Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge of Electronic Payment Processing: You must have a deep understanding of how payment processing solutions work, including point-of-sale (POS) terminals, payment gateways, cryptography and data security.
  • Technical Competence: Ability to explain technical features and benefits of products to non-technical customers, as well as to understand and address basic technical problems.
  • Continuous Updating: Keep up to date with trends and developments in the electronic payments industry.
  • Consultative sales skills: Ability to identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and close sales effectively.
  • Account Management: Experience in key account management, including strategic planning and long-term relationship management.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions favourable to both the company and the client.
  • Previous experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or electronic payments sector.
  • Education: A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field is generally required. Additional certifications in sales or account management are a plus.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to address and solve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the development of long-lasting relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse sales and performance data, identify trends and use this information to improve sales strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute detailed account plans and market penetration strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and customer needs.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • CRM competence: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • IT expertise: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cyber security and regulations related to electronic payments (such as PCI DSS).
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal sales, marketing, technical support and product development teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead projects and teams when necessary.
