Would you like to work in our technology sales team in a growing company?

Essential requirements:

  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, both in verbal and written communication. The ability to switch quickly between these languages is crucial.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and leads in a professional and efficient manner in all the above languages.
  • CRM systems: Experience and high proficiency in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Lead Management: Ability to enter, update and manage lead information in CRM in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Automation and Tools: Knowledge of marketing automation tools and how to integrate them with CRM to improve lead management efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual environment. Ability to handle queries, complaints and provide information in a professional manner.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer problems in an effective and timely manner.
  • Customer Orientation:Strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing a positive user experience.
  • Information Technology: Familiarity with the use of technological tools and communication platforms (email, live chat, ticketing systems).
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and leads simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Office automation: Proficiency in the use of office automation tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other operators and departments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools and priorities.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and empathise with clients’ needs and concerns.
  • Academic Background: Preferably a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Languages or a related field.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience in a similar role, especially in lead management and customer service in a multilingual environment.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse lead data and CRM performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Ability to generate accurate lead management reports and provide recommendations based on the data.
  • Integrity: Maintain high standards of professional ethics and confidentiality in the handling of customer and lead information.
  • Compromiso: Commitment to continuous improvement and constant learning in a dynamic working environment.
  • Time availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including possible night shifts or weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different time zones if necessary to manage international leads.
