Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge of international business start-ups: In-depth understanding of the processes, legal and regulatory requirements for setting up companies in various jurisdictions.
  • Tax and banking advice: Sound knowledge of bank file entry services and international tax advice, including regulations, compliance, and tax planning strategies.
  • Continuous Updating: Keeping up to date with international tax and banking laws and regulations affecting clients.
  • Consultative sales skills: Ability to identify specific customer needs, offer customised solutions and close sales effectively.
  • Account Management: Experience in key account management, including strategic planning and long-term relationship management.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions favourable to both the company and the client.
  • Previous experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, legal, or international business consulting.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, account management, or tax consulting are a plus.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to address and solve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the development of long-lasting relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse sales and performance data, identify trends and use this information to improve sales strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute detailed account plans and market penetration strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and customer needs.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • CRM competence: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • IT expertise: Basic understanding of technology tools relevant to account management and service sales.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal sales, marketing, technical support and product development teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead projects and teams when necessary.
  • Integrity and Trust: Maintain high standards of professional ethics and build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Multilingualism: The ability to speak several languages can be a significant advantage, especially in global markets.
  • Understanding of Jurisdictions: Knowledge of the legal, fiscal and banking particularities of the main jurisdictions where international commercial companies are set up.
