Would you like to work in our technology sales team in a growing company?

Essential requirements:

  • IT expertise: In-depth understanding of relevant technologies, including software, hardware, networks, and security systems.
  • IT Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Technical Certifications: Relevant IT certifications, such as ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or any other industry-specific certification.
  • Key Account Management: Experience in key account management, including strategic planning and long-term relationship management.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions favourable to both the company and the client.
  • Consultancy Sales: Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technological solutions.
  • Previous experience: Proven experience in technology project management and account management in a B2B environment.
  • Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly valued.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the development of long-lasting relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse project data, identify trends and use this information to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute detailed account plans and resource management strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the project environment and client needs.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • CRM competence: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Management tools: Proficiency in project management and task tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal development, sales, marketing and technical support teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead project teams and ensure collaboration and achievement of project objectives.
  • Integrity and Trust: Maintain high standards of professional ethics and build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive project and client information with the utmost discretion.
  • Multilingualism: The ability to speak several languages can be a significant advantage, especially in projects with an international scope.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of the rules and regulations applicable to the technology projects managed, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
  • Security and Privacy: Understanding of cyber security practices and data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA).
  • Change Management: Ability to manage change within the organisation and for customers, ensuring that technology transitions run smoothly.
  • Networking: Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the technology industry, including suppliers, partners and other key stakeholders.
